Nice track, it travels from one theme to the other in a logical fashion, kinda like the Overture of an Opera. As such I like the part with the telephobe sound lead a lot and the end with the drony Acid.
What this track lacks IMHO is a bit of coherence in terms of the storytelling, and probably a few more highs in the mix, it sounds a bit muffled. But still, I enjoyed this!

I think you should fix the bit at 2:00, all of the perc suddenly stops. maybe automate the dry/wet of a delay or verb or somethign so that stuff has a tail.
I also think that the transition to 3:30 is a bit sudden. your tune evolves super slowly in the first 3 minutes which is fine, but then it changes suddenly to a new thing at 3:30 so i think you should either do something so that that txn is more introduced or takes longer.
again the transition back to the intro feel at 5:20 i feel is sudden. imho the bit in the middle sounds like something you would hear at some chill club lounge in outerspace or something. I would find samples at people talking in a club or alien bar or something and use them all glitched out and coherent to introduce and extroduce (?) this middle section. just an idea.
cool stuff otherwise!
