ESKIMO - LIVE ON NEW WAVE RADIO

For our second show New Wave Radio are proud to announce 20 year old Junya AKA Eskimo, one of the UK’s most talented young producers will be joining us in the studio for a special live show. Eskimo will be on hand to give us a sneak preview of his forthcoming third (!) artist album ‘Baloonatic’ and also bring us up to speed on forthcoming releases from Phantasm Records, a label he joint runs with father John.
Eskimo broke onto the scene in 2002 at the grand old age of 17 with his debut artist album ‘Can You Pick Me Up’ His unique approach to production almost instantly catapulted him into the trance elite aided and abetted by some scorching DJ sets as DJ Junya which have kept him busy DJ’ing around the globe since the tender age of 13!
2004’s ‘Take A Look Out There’, Eskimo’s second album saw his reputation sealed as an accomplished producer and 2005 has been an onslaught of finishing his third album, a triple CD alongside touring the globe with his full on live show headlining festivals including perhaps the UK’s most important electronic music festival The Glade.
So tune in this Thursday (22nd September) at 12 Noon (GMT) as we prepare to blast of some serious psychedelic sounds across the globe! As with all show the live broadcast will then be archived onto the New Wave Radio homepage (listed above) for listeners to access on demand! Alongside some of the most upfront music, expect interviews, competitions to win Phantasm albums and general news and gossip!
