untill the os3 full version not beta is out..

I had to restart my virus holding the ARP ON button, then re-update the firmware manually in the Virus Control Center. Works fine in Cubase SX3 and Ableton 7.0.2.
By the way, there isn't just a new Cubase coming out. Ableton 8 is on the way as well as a few other DAWs also coming out with new lines.

Been working with the OS3 some while now, and im very happy with the updates for the fx section. On my system (XP SP3, Nuendo 3) theres only one bug that annoys me. That is on heavy projects, the VC interface tends to freeze up, and becoming white. A nuendo restart is required to get it going again, but other than this it seems to work well. Rest is minor stuff not worth mentioning that im sure is fixed in next update.

Yeah this new OS is BUGGY AS FUCK but... I just love having more onboard distortion so... I'll keep it for now.
I've always had occasional sync problems with various Virus OS version, generally just stopping playback and de/reactivating the TI in the VST panel does the trick.
But yeah so far in one day I've had patches that refuse to copy from the top browse panel to the bottom, signal that plays but doesn't appear on the mixer, uh... we'll see.
