it is exacly soft synth in fancy box. just same as nord or any digital synth. even if it mimik the behaviour of analog like virus and nord.
it is a VST in dedicated box with the dsp's instead use your pc power , with usualy much better controlers then m-audio keys hehe.. its hardware as outboard not analog in any way.
they might sound better since the best programers want to make money so they will not make a vst you can crack and using dedicated hardware that you must buy.
u have to agree if rob papen made an hardware synth it will probably sound better then albino , just to be able to sell it.

i installed the new os3 and so far no problems with bugs  the new fx are sick i just wish there was a way to change the colors back to the old style |

dont think so, would better say access support sucks big time ..totally integrated with sellings
even the new TI, hasnt something extraordinary, they just finished the unfinished since 5-6 years now previous TI, it should have at least some real analogue filters on to be something really interesting and worth to buy imho. B or C is the best solution for that sound and the pocket
