From a technical point of view, you need bigger drums. Have a listen to the drums the Plump DJs, Stanton Warriors, Meat Katie, use. Not so that you can sound the same, but so that you can have an idea of how massive the drums in breakbeat tunes, that are aimed for the dancefloor, are.
From a musical point of view, you need more driving ideas that will work on a breakbeat dancefloor and a constant, solid, driving bassline and generaly ease up on the chin stroking synths and get some more driving lines in there.
If this is not for the dancefloor, disregard what I wrote.

haven't used toontrack. there's a saying in the breakbeat scene when it comes to people trying to find good drums. "sample the Plumps innit"*

*The Plump DJs are famous in the genre for having absolutely fantastic drum sounds and overall production.

In the beginning the track has this bass sound that is way to loud for all the other sounds. The drums need more power and are to compressed I'd say. Drums are what drives the track. You need big drums in a track like this. Got to have those drums in your face. The overall creative side of the track is definitely funky and fun, so there is def some potential. Nice piece of production
