the tarzan sample is WAAAAAYYY too cheasy it ruins the whole track imho!
the "rising" basline isn't working good for me either, but the percusion is very nice.
what's that pause??? it should've been a kickass entrance.
the breakbeat+flager is really good but don't use it in the whole track, only in the start.
then, when the bigger hihat comes in its volium should be lower.
add some echo to the leads and it will be very good.
the squeeky thing that came with the lead part goes in great.
oh and btw the bassline isn't something at all... fatten it and make it more "flowing"

GOOD bassline, interesting phlanging percussion
and the synth lines at the end are great too
too much high frequences at my system.. and almost no low ones

most of the stuff been said
the high frequencies are too high , especially from 1:30 when some new hihat loop comes
EQ the kick\bass and make it more strong and hearable
