ok here we go:
nice intro!
reverb always does the job 
4/4 beat with simple hats and some background percussions with delays and reverb, i like it...
I think if u add more percussions every 16 or 32 would be a good idea.
3.18 full stop, maybe a voice or some words will fit into that silence...
how about some nice pads? will give more colour to it 
Quality production for sure. Clean...

Long track, but it keeps the interest of the listener to see what it will follows...
Those long stops gives the feeling that the track is finished. But the ambient keeps u there...
9:00 nice I like that synth sound...
Nice track man, good melodies and nice atmosphere...
My opinion, if u use some more percussions and some nice bachground pads your trak will be more 'full' ...
But i guess u made them a bit 'minimal' on purpose...

man, i realy like this melodies. its realy touching me! instead of 4 to the floor i would prefer a breaked kick for this smooth chillingtrack. but the overall feeling of the song is very good.
for some improvements you could add some surreal "clicks" and "e-noises" or some very quiet backgroundpads for the psychoaccustic feeling.
