Full power gill, nice job! Sounds very good if you have no monitors! What are you using to make this track? I think you could have a little more variation in the track. Overall a pretty killer track, keep working I think you have some mad skill Mr. Gill. Peace

respect man!
and you did it only with fl?
whow.
just try to put more "one bar sequences" (less straight forward) over it and the melodic part could come earlier (not only at 5:27) in the track and be much longer (vary it and add some deep pads to accompany the melodic sequence).
and then please give us a 192 kB/sec mp3 version.
good luck.
you´re on the right track, that´s for sure! |

Hi Gill!
Sounds very good if you don't have monitors!
I like it a lot even if you have only used Fruity Loops, because i used Fruity Loops in my early days of production!
Keep up the good work, i hope i can hear more from you soon! Try to put some tunes early in your tracks, i think it would improve them!

You've done a great job and also you are a source of inspiration and motivation for Fruity Loopers like me.

You have done a good job, now you need to work on the overall power of the track.... the sound picture...
it sounds like you cutted too much high frequency and too much low frequency....
you should not cut so much, you loose the life of the sounds... it sounds a bit dull
you want to represent the sound as full as you can... if you cut too much you will lose interesting frequencies that makes the sound what it is....
so try to make those EQ setting when you have everything fleshed out and ready to mix...
try to bring things a little more upfront...
id suggest you to "zero" every Eq settings and start all over and concetrate on the sound picture...
laters and good luck
*off topic* i miss Sector666 in a way, he hade very good comments on production.. too bad he loves to tease people
