Hi isratrancers!

I want to share with you my latest track.

It's another attempt at working "live PA" style, using only hardware and doing all "automation" live. Of course it's never going to sound as polished as a proper ITB production, but at the moment I'm interested in exploring the possibilities and limitations of this method. Details on gear used are at the SC page, if anyone's interested.

I was initially going for goa vibe, but as usual, ended up all over the place

Enjoy!

Ohh my.. please do continue with this approach, I find it to be the most magical of them all

On the dancefloor we (the stompers / tweekers / dancers / headbangers / hipsters / no-good-for-nothing-but-hoppin-freakers) don't actually care about polished
Using this type of setup you can really drive the party and create a sense of harmony with the people, as you are completely in contact with the current vibe, and respond accordingly.

I really praise your approach, and I cannot find the words to express how much

Taking that into account, this is amazing You'd make my day if I ever heard this in a dance floor (instead of the 99% of fakers "rocking the spacebar")

(Btw, my approach is very similar, perhaps one day I'll take the time to explain it - and the actual tracks you can find on my page are simply renditions of these "live projects", that I then spend perhaps a week or so refining into the "track" structure)

But, you need to be able to manipulate the sounds in real-time, and getting proper interfaces for this is what sucks (plus, it's really a lot to actually do live, so lot's of components must be pre-programmed -> but there's so much you can add to it and do with it).

Please do continue and try not to give up, this tune IMO is a great victory by it's self but do push the limits

Peace and keep it up!

Hi Knocz! I'd love to play this stuff on a dancefloor, that's the goal actually. I've never done this though, and can only guess what works or not - so your feedback is really appreciated.

This is my 4th attempt with this setup - you're welcome to check out 3 preceding ones on my SC if you're interested

Thanks a lot, your comment made my day!
