Hiya,
here's a tune I just completed. might change something about the structure, but I feel very content with the result already. This track is called "Continuum" and features a melodic mix between Tech and Psy Trance. Please tell me what you think about it

Equipment used: Fruity Loops Studio 5, Linplug Albino 2 (for most FX), ReFX Vanguard (for the leads and background percussive layers), Spectrasonics Atmosphere (for the pads and some bits of ambience), Soncibytes Gat'R, V-Station (for the bass), and some other stuff...

I like it, good flow and nice work on the various trippy FX and leads. I dig the part that starts at 5:07, nice atmosphere the pads create. The sound you use for your main lead (the one that kicks in at 1:56) is good but a bit too flat, a more trebly aggressive sound would be better perhaps. Your bass-lines are great, but your bass sound could be reworked a bit, to make it sound more clear and powerfull... the one you use lacks body. Keep it up man ! |
