Hi,

Just finished this track.
90% of it has been made with an analog modular synth (monophonic).

You can find the track here :

And here a picture of the synth :

Please tell me what you think about it

wicked track with wicked flow, a bit of rush and not much concatenation, but its not a problem

i loved your sound design, especially from 1st minute till 5th you have some extra heavy and cool sounds and fm (is it fm btw?) razors which i love much

an advice would be to take 5-6 of these sounds and make them a track, they are very pleasant to listen to and will make a more tight/solid track, reuse them in that track with minor changes and different delays, it will make it more interesting and the story will float better imho

very good sound design, keep it up

and of course, what kind of modular did you use ?

Thanks gutter for your advices. I'll try to put less different sounds on the next one and see if I can construct it better
What do you mean by concatenation? (English isn't my mother tongue)

The synth is in Eurorack format. It's a mix of different modules from Cwejman, Doepfer, Make Noise, Bubblesoud, TipTop audio, livewire, cyndustries and the harvestman (I hope I forgot nothing).

I really have a lot of fun with it and it sounds amazing!
At the beginning of the track a had only 4-5 modules in the rack (the quad ADSR, VCA, some filters and a VCO).
The rest of the modules arrived later when the track was 50% completed.

@ dmtoad
i meant that in the track there many times where you change from a part to another without a "connection" & without relative sounds to continue the story you where saying before but instead it changes like instantly and because you have nice sounds, they can be combined and make a more "solid" track that will have continuation
