hi to everyone. i just wanna now bcs im working a bit hard on how my sound become more real more clear i wanna ask :
i use cubase sx 3 with plenty of vsts such as nexus,vanguard,waves effects,audio realism,psykick4 etc.. i use only 2 sends delay,reverb and i wanna know if in the output channel that the whole tracks (all channels) are linked, should i insert a kind of efect like ozone ( club master or dance master etc ). my english sucks and i cant find the right word to explain.. its like you want to here clearly kick with bass and lead and pads..

ozone on the master bus ? i would say do everything indvidually first.
eq and stuff. leads, pads etc
remove lo end from Pads and leads, erm maybe sidechain leads with kick... lower volumes of bass- maybe use limiting on lofreqs.
give a each sound its own space, to fill out the spectrum.
doesnt mater about main channel... put maybe a Spectrum Analizer on there tho, just to see where things are and not nessicerly herd.
Look up books like Mixing Audio by Izhaki.
