I'm wondering how it performes latency and stability wise and how the converters sound..
But assuming it performs as well as the Fireface 800 it definitly beats RME featurewise.. especially cause there are more analog ins and outs (2more)..
The output controller thing is funny too... but if you have several monitors and don't want to use more outs of the interface it doesn't help.
Looks really promising to me... but I guess its only an option if it is only a little more expensive than the FF800 or cheaper..

i read from people who has the early versions of it, that it seems like a REAL awesome piece of interface. Maybe its better than FF800, we'll have to wait and see tests and reviews. it's definately more expensive. Around 1500 Euro.
