well.. wow. i do love ott from beforehand.. but this is him kicking dubstep and glitch producers in the balls saying "this is really how you can do it".

this is the first time in my life i have heard glitch done properly.. flashy, aggressive and with a higher -musical- purpose. also, without stating the obvious, i am glad ott is doing this one without any label affiliation.

most likely, 2011 album of the year; any genre.

This track really seem to split the opinions. For me still, it`s boring, even so I am listening to lots of dubbish music in the last days. But, well, hopefully the album is more interesting as a whole.

Ott has given me many magical moments over the years but from the sound of this free track I'm not expecting to like the new album, I don't find it boring but perhaps a little cheesy and childish, I prefer a moodier sound , I'm not swayed by the production or effort to explore dubstep sounds...
Anyway hope to be proven wrong

Great to see him moving beyond the same old OTT sound at least, it was becoming a bit like those artist who find something good in their sound and fail to progress with it.

This track work well this arvo during a set I was playing of chill drum n' bass & dubstep @ a bar.

Looking v. forward to the album if this is just the teaser           I hate you, you hate me, we are all so hap hap happy!

I think adding dubstep is refreshing (even though its not really that new a genre - on the contrary).

I am not really into much of the dub and psychill. To me it's very predictable, full of cliches and boring at best. And I wont speak of the rest of OTT's forthcoming Album as I haven't listened to the music yet. But this track is cool. There are elements I am not so keen on (The psychill ones) but that aside I think the musical side is really good.           www.beatagency.dk

my feelings exactly. generally i find dubstep to be rather monotonous and glitch to be abrasive/awful, but coming from Ott it sounds brilliant, smooth, fresh, and exciting to me.

and i am also glad it is being released with no label affiliation; i find this to be inspirational, actually.           http://soundcloud.com/rob-vector

Adrift in Hilbert Space reminds me of forgetting my room number at the Hilton in Dubai and spending ages in lifts. This would be perfect elevator music there

assuming you like elevators

I kinda disagree - you have heard those sounds earlier (Bird of Prey) for example

My private opinion: this is the result of frequent visits in States           http://www.chillumafia.com
