great album !!
i'll have to give it more time to grow on me cuz for now im feeling something is missing there..
maybe I expected it to be more calm.. thats they way I like hehe 
anyway the first and the last trax are pieces of art for sure..

ott, the venue you are playing in chicago is only approx 15 minutes walking distance from the university i went to for 5 years (depaul university). it is an amazing area.. if you have an extra day there, definitly go hang out in the wrigley area..loaded with cool bars and steak houses etc.. too bad you are just early for baseball season; or you would be treated to some national pasttime at the 2nd oldest ballpark in the states

Killer album, Ott! This is a real work of art... really enjoying it... don't want the "wonder" of it to end so I might have to take it off repeat.

Thanks everyone.
It's impossible to know what record I've made when it goes off to mastering because I'm so close to it and it just sounds like a blur*.
So it's a relief to discover I'm not a delusional fuckwit with cloth ears.
Until next time anyway.
(*that's 'a blur' not 'Blur'. I'm saving my Damon Albarn impression for the office Christmas party.) |

The album sounds great, Ott! It's pretty much been on repeat since the release. There are some instant classics and the rest are growing on me each time I listen to them. Well done, mate!

The tracks with vocal samples would be better without them imo, there is still great tracks but i would love to hear more real instruments than messing with whatever vocals you can find. |

hehe, everyones joining in to say what a great album this is , I'm very pleased I like it after my earlier comments . In Dub is a hard one to beat , though as a remix album it sits in a different category . I don't like all the tracks but this sure is turning out to be one fine album.

I liked skylon better then this, but great album anyway. "queen of all everything" is the best ott track imo...
