I own this, this is not true. On the first page of the GUI you can tune your kicks to a range of notes that does not include C1. But you can also use Midi Notes to control the Tune of your kicks, and here you can choose any pitch you want. You just have to go to the second page of the GUI.
Anyways, Im really happy with this little programm, makes tuning your kiiks really easy and I use it on every track since i bought it.
