Hey everyone!
please check my new demo
I'd really appreciate tips on intro and outro (most problematic parts for me), and on the mix itself, but any opinions appreciated.
Cheers

Dude I'm sorry but I don't like it. To me it sounds like you took a bunch of house and rave presets (during the intro I actually expected a rave song) and it sounds like you took a bunch of hip hop percussion pack samples and just dropped them in a simple loop for most of the song. There's no progression with the percussion and it doesn't fit with your kick and bass. Also, your leads seem so linear, just like a bunch of arpeggios jamming random tunes throughout the song. There's not much FX aside from the occasional crash, sweeps/rises and some panning and fading of your leads. It just all sounds too cheesy.

You don't have to feel sorry, dude That's why i post it here - to hear all such stuff, cause that's the best way to figure out what should i change to make it better. And comments like this are much more valuable then sth like "oh that's great" etc Btw, the only presets here are in the intro (nexus). And about cheesy - I make (or at least try) pop-fullon, i don't see anything bad about it, cause it's dance music after all, and pop is the best to dance, if u ask me Cheers

Personally I like it,
The arrangement and sounds are what this kind of full on should be like,
The lead is nice and I think that the track is not boring,
The track feels happy and for this genre this is what it should sound like...
Reminds me of sesto sento or something like that.
I like to listen to this kind of happpy tunes from time to time, not everything in the Psy category should be serious and dramatic.
2 small recommendations :
1. I don't know how to explain this but the rhythm is not "Rolling" perfectly,
Personally I don't like the Open hat,
And maybe a High hat loop in the background would also help the rhythm.
2. You should enhance the effect of the rhythm returning after the breaks,
Maybe when you bring back the rhythm add an impact or one shot that will make the entrance more powerful.
Anyway... nice track

Thanks man The deal with "rolling" is about sidechain compression i guess. I have to tweak the compressor better, hear it now on other speakers.
Cheers

Nice, definitely uplifting i recommend a few more effects like chopping up a lead or 2 jsut before the end of a bar only needs to be a 1 bar glitch just to spice up a few trancisions as you use some constant leads its always good to try get them going with a fresh start rather than keeping them going hope you undestand what i am trying to say kinda like at 1:40 you just let the Melodie contiinue .... Also maybe some more drum roles... I like it
