I like it! Very laid back as you said. In my humble opinion i would evolve the chords that goes on through the entire track, perhaps doing just a slight adjustment in cutoff to highlight or hide them in the mix, depending what purpose you want to give them.

hmmh, having problems with soundcloud. the tracks just don't start. clicking on the play button like a mad man but nothing happens!

i agree with pretty much every comment made so far (here and on soundcloud). adding some slight variations to those chords (cutoff, anything) would really help. that little gap doesn't really add anything and just brings attention to itself. which is not a good thing in this case, since the tunes is supposed to be deep and hypnotic. i also think you should tame your high end. things are just too loud and too irritating. the deepness and warmth comes from the low end, which it seems like you have under control pretty well.
