Psytrance Bands???
If you´re talking about psytrance bands, I find them reading reviews in this forum and other sources on the Net, like goatrance.free.fr .
Sometimes I look at the Tops, but most of times it´s waste of time, reviews are much better.

Most new artists and bands release their work to all around the net and if they are good enough then people sooner or later come to know them.In fact they share their music with many people that actually put these tracks on the net if they are good.
Just remember Astrix whose tracks were all around the net and how famous he suddenly became.
