Brand spankin new dj mix by me that includes some of my favorite tracks at the moment. The style ranges from totally nuts to groovy-drippy-trippy dancefloor smashers. It was recorded on Aug 02, 08 at PsyCircle Studios in San Diego, CA.
Equipment used:
M-Audio Torq DJ Software, 2 x Pioneer CDJ-800's for the track controls, Ecler Hak-320 DJ Mixer. Recorded on a PC using SoundForge 7.0 through M-Audio Project Mix I/O Preamps.

suddenly renewed my interest in the darker side
of psytrance and this looks tailor made for me.

Disk 1.
very dark psytrance but exceedingly good. The
beat carry's it through for me.
very similar tracks but that means they gell
together easier, well they appear to. Because
this is an excellent set.
a very enjoyable listen, my feet are tired out
from tapping, it is very infectious.
excellent music right through Disk 1, I hope
I am as lucky with Disk 2.

I know this is an older thread...but man!!! Psycircle scenes at their finest!! I love this sound!! Arahat, you and the rest of the boys are excellent. Amazing set! (well first disc anyway..havent heard second yet). Kudos on including Poo Chi on the second disc, its one of my favs!
I love how you and Bodhi refer to this sound as Hard Psy...its still supremely trippy!!!!! Cant wait to see you perform at the next scene in the desert! |
