Self-importance shouldn't be a factor at all when coming from someone who is against it, unyielding to change or proposes a split up in the scene or artists.
It's not Wikipedia but let's quote Trauma per Psyshop :
"Trauma Trance is not about dark vs. light, negative vs. positive, or any other dichotomy. It is music that tests the limits of your mind and makes you question your own sanity (and the sanity of the artists!). Step aside from the traditionally negative connotation of the word trauma and allow the music to alter your consciousness"..
Years later, the observation of Trauma has become known as screams, chainsaws, bones cracking, etc... Mutilated sounds of pain in some parts of the World in a crippling way of sorts, Horror. This has zero relations towards the intentions provided from San Fran.
Neurotrance, expanding your mind...

The issue I have with wanting to call your music 'neurotranz', is the expectation it assumes that precludes actually listening to the music.
It's kind of presumptuous, you know?
Just let others define it as it's perceived by them, instead of preloading their expectation and perception. All you need to say about it is: 'you might like it'. And let them explore.
That's my thought about it
