well, he was coorganizing a party in France for New year eve, and it got cancelled, but no mention of leaving the scene, here the quote from him form the french forum:
"merci a tout ceux qui nous ont suivis et supportes , nous seront de retour sur les ondes et reprendrons contact avec chacun de vous a partir de lundi soir ..."

Hero, i don't know where you're getting your information from, but i think that they are inaccurate! I know Fred very well, he's a good friend, and was playing at my festival "Forestronika" in lebanon few months back, and no such talk of him quitting the scene was brought up!! He is still the same driven, energetic crazy dude as he has always been!
In addition, he will be playing in nepal in April for the universal religion festival Aka mountain madness festival, and is currently on tour in india with his DWM concept!
So, i sure hope your info is incorrect, as he will be a major loss for the scene!!

maybe he is getting married or having children, I think it's the biggest reason as to why people leave the scene, sexuality is an instinct too powerful and often do not get along with the music, if this sucks but that is human nature (the obsession with the body) |
