If u take u have to give, most important rule for p2p and torrent. They will die if u limit to much!!

i never limit when im not downloading anything
the "netlimiter" doesnt work for me. dont ask why
is there any other software like this? |

if you have a router on your network, you can try that (you would be surprised what those "useless" little boxes can do). search for some information on your spacific router and see if it can limit upload/download.
(my router even lets me choose which computers get how much upload/download... my room mate hasnt figured it out yet. im enjoying my faster connection  ) |
