This was simply an orgy of good music, from begining to the end.
Raban & Frederik started out with some really groovy progressive house set that slowly became more and more massive but never straying from pure good taste.
I was playing some of the time in the chillout room, extremely enjoying myself spinning dub, ambient and ethnic grooves until Castell&Sandra showed up and started out with some mellow french-lounge-house, pure pleasure - I sneaked to the chill room every time I had the chance!
So, on the main stage LISH were taking over with their live set, a set that left quite some damage a day before in KB (Malmö) and didn't fail to kick the crowd into some more massive proggy pace.
I came next, which was a bit of a mistake, since I play quite a full-onish set, and that was just the middle of the party. Suprisingly, in one of the centers of progressive trance of the world, ppl were digging our Israely sounds happily, a set that wasn't as melodic as the one played in KB but still very pumping...
Hayden from Antix took the reins after me, and although I admit its very hard to start a new line after the Israeli power music, this man flipped the party completely, starting a totaly new direction into deep Antix low BPM massive yet penetrating trance, something the N.Zeland brothers have mastered through many releases.
The club was full of party goers that got a tour of today's main streams (not mainstream...) of the trance culture: Progressive house, Progressive trance, Full on, Deep psy trance, chillout, launge - and digged it all!
Many thanks to Fahed, Maria, Sandra, Raban, Frederik, Hayden, and all the ppl we met - its always a pleasure to come to your city!
