Dear all 27 days left for the beautiful tribal gathering at the mountians of nepal, it will be an magical experience. Get ready for the Shanti Jatra Journey
Venue : Nagarkot. Situated 32 kms / 1.5 hours drive east of Kathmandu and rising to an elevation of 2099 meters above sea level. At Nagarkot as the morning light starts to peer over the horizon, it baths the spectacular Mount Everest in golden splendor. Then once the sun has risen a little higher and the sky is free of clouds, one can see Manaslu, Ganesh Himal and Gauri Shankar Mountain Ranges.
Festival Bus : Buses to the festival will run from 9am onwards on 13th October from Tantra Bar @ Thamel, kathmandu. Inrs 100.00 bus fee.
Wasn't the bus ride thru and fro included on the ticket. The ticket says so..
Orgs can u shed some light on this Please

Since the past few months, we are having an acute shortage of fuel in Nepal.
Fuel prices have risen dramatically leading to very high inflation. Even though petrol is now available at a higher price, there is still shortage of diesel, on which the buses run. Diesel isn't Available from the fuel pump. So the transport company has no other option but to buy diesel from the black market at higher prices and stockup up; hence the surcharge of INR 100 (1.5 euro) is added to cover the minimum running costs.
