Try http://www.travelocity.co.in/ they had a Jet lite flight between DEL - KTM for 19k INR aprox this was when i checked last week.
Unfortunately i cant make it to the festival this year cos of work. But hope to be there in sprit!

derango and kzz just cant be put into any sort of comparison- they both take out totally different styles of sound.
