Purple Hexagon is a label on the move, not based anywhere; it is the result of the collaboration of people from Italy, Nepal, Russia and other countries who have in common their passion for Psytrance music. After years of building relations in parties around the world, in 2008 we decided to pool our resources and to create a brand new label that would not be tied to a specific place or group.
Purple Hexagon is a wide-open label focused on psychedelic music regardless of its style, may this be progressive, minimal, full-on or dark. We believe Psytrance music is more than just a matter of BPMs.
The driving force behind our project is firstly and mostly the passion for music and the interest in sharing different ways of living in this world. Psytrance is the common trait unifying people who live in very different political and socio-economic contexts. Indeed, we believe parties are significant meeting points and great opportunities for cultural exchanges.
Purple Hexagon is more than just a label: it is an elastic term to define psychedelic musical and cultural exchange at a world level.
Purple Hexagon is proud to present the result of a worldwide connection compiled by dj Kikx and inspired by ShantiJatra Festival.
ShantiJatra Vibes is a compilation composed of nine killer unreleased tracks produced by top psytrance artists and representing the musical spirit of the ShantiJatra Festival, the most important underground Psytrance event in Asia.

There were loads of people talking about this festival in Europe...so looks like this years attendance will be very international. Only wish we had flyers to hand out.
Good karma seems to be converging in Nepal for this gathering... lots of curious new souls heading as a result, so best wishes to the organizers in making this years edition the beginning of the next wave of psychedelic music and art. Nepal calls us to the roof of the world... can't help but comply! 
PS... Any updates on the current complete lineup? The website seems to be a little back-dated.

the web site will be updated soon.. I hope..
This year we will have seperate chill out area.. non stop chill out tunes.. live and Dj acts.. Movies .. workshops.. shops etc . The line up for chill out will be announced sortly.
If any body intrested in running workshops on environmental awarness, sprituality ( yoga/meditation) .. astral travel, Buddhism, Indian classical music, chakra massage, Drugs awarness and its effect, healing, Shiva and his powers, Quantum physics, ETC
If You are intrested in running any above mentioned workshops or if u have your own creation of a workshop please Pm or email me.
also u can put up the names of the movies/documentary that you would like to watch 0r to be shown in the chill area.
Please bring your Art and creation to be displayed.
Any kind of environmeant protection programs will be highly encouraged.
Above all keep it underground,keep it psy
