Personally I think The good ol' USA currently holds the world record as far as racism is concerned. Hawaii in particular is quite racist. Hawaiians hates Ha'ole's (white and a minority...), Japanese hate Koreans, Chinese hate Filipinos, Filipinos hate everyone, and there are more...
What amazes me though is that when 9/11 happened all of a sudden everybody stuck together like glue, regardless of skincolor, race etcetera, for as long as the imminent feeling of crisis was prevalent throughout the country. Once the worst was over the racism started up again. Go figure...

So you are telling me there is no racism in the south. You know, there was interracial dating even before the 60ies there, so that nullifies racism? On another note, ever tried going out of the tourist areas at night in New Orleans? Or Harlem NY ?(as a white person that is).
You telling me that there is no racism in the south of the USA shows clear ignorance on your part...
And the fact that you even adhere to "blacks and Whites" shows me that the USA has yet to go a long way. While a black president is a good milestone, it does not eliminate racism.

the sounth of usa is ment to be the most rassim states of entire USA...thats why they all belong to Bush f.e. and other reasons as well..
i would like to state that most countrys are still defendend to germany cause of back in the days...but our generation has nothing to do with it at all..
so get the noses down world and respect newer generations..
a sad thing i realize is that still a lot of powerful people in politics around here seem to be shamed for our past...but we cannot change it anymore and thats just it..
we got like one of the most easiest countrys to immigrate in for about a lot of years..compare it to other countrys if you like but this is just stupid behavor of our government..
every country/folks were killing other people...we were way more organized on this topic & this is really bad but its even the point were people forget what they did themselves..
i just cannot stand this anymore..sorry
maybe its not the right place , but im ready for an as long discussion as you want to..if you want at least..

Zork, that reminds me, when I was in school in Germany, they tried to make me go to a concentration camp trip, you know, with the class and all that, try to make you feel guilty for something you had nothing to do with and so on, I refused. When they asked me why, I told them that I do not believe in violence, and that I would prefer not to dwell on misery that happened in the past, but try to promote positivity in the present world.

well when your in school you have to do alot you dont want or need to do... I was also in trip to germany when small to the camps, dont like it but its still history.
Anyways racism is everywhere, all got some of it in them, we all need to get rid of stupid ideas and dogmas that are really not true !! We are all the same people !!

True words. We all have to work on ourself also. Humans normally prefer to change the problems in the outer world only, forgetting to work on their own "mistakes" in mind.

in no way am i saying theres no racism in the south or in america in general. but it is definitely not the most racist place on this earth like you said! thats crazy. people dislike ignorance from all peoples, white black spanish asian indian whatever..
