Nehmödt is my dark ambient project.
I originally created it to help relieve some of the frustration I feel while I'm having one of my frequent bouts with insomnia. The sound is very thick and very warm, but at the same time, very uncomfortable; a friend described it once as being trapped "in a warm placenta at the bottom of a cold ocean".
I've three albums available for download at http://www.podsafeaudio.com/jamroom/nehmodt .
If you choose to listen to them, I highly recommend that you do so through headphones.
