So I am listening to The Delta's newest album right now and I am in love. I want more of this style of psy, but I don't know anyone else who plays this kind of stuff. If anyone knows any other artists, albums, labels or compilations with this kind of sound, (very hard tehno dark psy, I guess) I would love to know. it would be greatly appreciated.

Opsy for one of the newer producers otherwise the oldies are goldies when it comes to this style.
Mechanical Dragon records also... bery bery nice.
Ben, get in touch with Shai and grab a copy of Yang Da Yin ... Track # 6 
If you like this style you must definitely start looking for music outside the generic psy lines. I highly recommend the harder minimal techno that out there. Check out Mr.Dee of Shoki Recordings.
