Ok so this is a new track me and my friend started putting together, aiming for a 'live' sound. I recorded a lot of percussion, claps, as well as the voices and shouts. I made a lot of changes while making this and came to the conclusion that reverbs are the most important thing if I want to get that live feeling.
Anyway, this is the first time I try something like this and the current reverb rack I'm using is the closest I got to the sound I want, but still not exactly it.
Anyone got some tips about mixing real instruments? I want to get close to the Shpongle quality of sound.

very cool track

, i think you need a bit more low mid freqs on the congas, they are a bitch to eq with the hit on the leather and the low end bong

Thanks Nomad! Will take a look at the congas (actually djambes but it's very similar).
Track almost complete just need to record the acoustic guitar for the last part and it should be done

Currently at 7:20 minutes.
