Still fresh from this year you have Vibrasphere and Ticon 2nd albums and Bigwigs first, all released on Digital Structures. Anyway, I don´t know if I would call Bigwigs progressive, they have their unique hard to define style. In any case, give it a try.
From Iboga you have the excellent compil FX, Phony Orphants album, and still to come the awaited Antix album.
Pay also attention to labels like Flow, with excellent compils and, also released this year, Faktor-D and Echotek albums; Plusquam; ZMA; Spiral Trax with the promissing upcomig release of 2nd Atmos album; Jum Jam; Tatsu; Manta and some others I'm sure someone will add to complete this list.
I will leave you here some older and not so old stuff which I think are part of the progressive hall of fame:
Atmos first album "Headcleaner"
Human Blue "Electric Roundabout"
Lish "Dejavoodoo"
Highpersonic Whomen "Alternative Energysource"
Paste "Blow Out"
Son kite "Perspectives of.."
Ticon "Rewind"
Tegma "Encoded/Decoded"
Double Dragon "Transparent"
Reefer Decree "Sound Frames"
Necton "Children of the Noisy Village"

For me prog trance can be found not only on the labels you all now here. There's just much more of it. Check out Progressive Goa Trance compilation on millenium rec. or something like that.
Aslo Overlap (neoris+neogen) forcoming album on ZMA should be a great release for the prog lovers. The first Overlap track will soon be released on a fresh ZMA compilation. Pre release info I saw on psyshop...
