You just need to plug your mixer to your soundcard, using the line in plug. It's usually a mini-jack plug unless you got a "fancy" card.
Then use your audio editor of your choice, sound forge, wavelab, cool edit, goldwave etc ... doesn't matter which one.
Before recording just make sure it's not clipping, and set it to record in 16bit 44.1kHz. That should be enough. Make sure you record and save it in standard wav format, don't compress it to mp3 unless you're sure you wanna do that.
