Hi all!
Our studio is growing from time to time and now we are considering a sampler.
Im thinking about Emu ultra 5000 with adat in/out for pulsar and luna sound card.
what do u think about this sampler?????

the emu is an exellent sampler.
but if i were you i would spend the money on something else.
get a software sampler . a lot more cheaper
and it does the job as good as is hardware brother.
even emu is now working on developing a software sampler.
even though hardware synths are still better then software ones , software sampler are good enogh
and because you have a pulsar you can get the sts series samplers and it will work on the dsp of the pulsar. |

Well...
software samplers are nice but as i saw the emu samplers have some good filters and lots of thing that u can do with loops and more that soft samplers cant do....
