need infos for a little sequencer

Hello guys,
i try to find a little soft making simple sequencer for syncronize my ECHOPLEX lopper with REASON.
Usual i use cubase for making a syncro with reason & echoplex, midi clock syncro & rewire.
I whant stop to use cubase!!!
Any infos about simples softwares for make midi clock sync ?

Check out fruityloops. Or look at kvr the sequencer section.
But these guys disabled the quick links  so u must search or get a account
