Is there a way of recording voice using real-time software effects? I can edit the recorded file, but i need to add fx while recording... How can i do this? Do i need special prog or maybe plug-in? EG for Wavelab...

you can do such things if you have a synth with live input effects (e.g. Virus) or another card with onboard effects. e.g. DSP card like Luna/Pulsar/Scope etc. DX & VST are not "real-time" effects.

if you want real-time soft (stand alone effect processors) check:
Anwida EQ and Effect Processor - www.anwida.com
or try Reaktor, you can built there real-time stuff (or to use already builted ensembles)
good luck |

I used to reacord live into WaveLab...
it has a rack of 6 real-time FX - and you need to open the REcording Window (from the View menu) and hit PLAY - so it will start sensing your recording input and will process it with the FX in the rack. if your card has low latency and your CPU is fast, you can even record without hering any delay... :)
