i uploaded 2 samples. one after i worked on it a little and one is the original sample.

the friend who played the guitar said we need to record again, which means it's not good enough (not clean enough). he is a guitarist so i believe he know what he talking about.

chichke,
post the sample on soundcloud as wave 16bit without any effects, if anything is wrong with it I will tell you what.
Small advice, try not to cut the guitars above 340Hz cause then it just sounds like total crap.

What kind of guitar if he using? What is his setup?
I think he needs better preamp on it.
It sounds like from the guitar he goes straight into a distortion pedal or a multi effect and then straight into the sound card so it's missing some fat. You will get much better sound if you go guitar -> preamp -> (optional) compressor -> effects -> soundcard.
Also I think that for the track you don't need to record the whole thing in one big long take, just cut the best sounding part out and resample it. It will be hard to be 100% exact when you record on top of a 145bpm track so better to resample and when you do live then you can be not 100% exact with the guitar because it's live.
also 0:05 - 0:07 you can hear some static noise, its because he is most likely using single coil pickups, they have sharper sound but are also much dirtier then humbuckers. I use singles too I like them better then humbuckers in most situations.
If you want I can upload a sample of my guitar so you can hear the difference, it's fender strat -> RNP preamp -> boss multi-effect -> sound card.

you right. we recorded it without the preamp. just the digitech multi effect.
i don't undrstand why i have that static noize. i have good soundcard. how do i avoide this noize?
i want the sound not to be too dirty because i use it with digital music. and i don't want it to sound an allien bitween the digital sounds.
if you can ulpload sample of your guitar it would be great. thanks

There isn't much you can do about the static noise.
You can use humbuckers instead (it's two single pickups together), usually on any guitar you can switch between single ones and double (there is a switch usually somewhere). Another thing you can do is get more sustain but that depends on the pickups and the effects you use too. You will need to play arround with different presets.
I uploaded an audio sample for you here:
The first cord is clean distortion played with single coild pickups and 2nd one is with humbucker (two single coills) pickup. The 3rd is a different distortion through single coils and 4th is through humbuckers. As you can hear the humbuckers are cleaner but they are less "shiny" sounding.
The 5th is one distorion with single and 6th another distortion with humbuckers, 7th sample is a combination of both 5th and 6th, one panned to the right one to the left. This is called doubling and it's a known technique. You should use it, it makes the sound really fat, but sometimes it's better without it. It all depends on what your goal is at the time.
Then the 8th part is just some guitar fulling arround.

thanks a lot!
from what i hear at your file. it's not so clean also.
do you use the same quality of recording at your tracks? is it enough?
i have another question about the guitar.
after you record some guitar with the multi effect do you add another effects to make your sounds fatter? do you add eq? or do you set the eq at the multi effect or pre amp before to be as you like?

yea it's not too clean but it has less of that "ffzzzzzz" sound at high frequencies wihch I really hate.
If you want clean sound you need active pickups like EMG. And if you are totally obsessed with clean sound you can also get optical (laser) pickups that have 0 noise.
For tracks, I record and I cut out everything that is not needed. I don't like extra stuff and for recording I am obsessed with everything being very precise and accurate.
And I do use that quality for recording, but after I am done cutting garbage out it is very clean. Just for the demo I didn't want to spend too much time on it. But with the panned guitars it's very clean I cleaned it pretty good.
I try to do as much as I can on the multi-effect because I will need to do it all live. In most cases I end up working with the EQ after it's been recorded. However, you can take a recording and mess arround with it ending up with something totally different which is cool too I think. The most I can add is more reverb and some extra eq.
