EVERY program!
and i think most of people here might say the same thing too.
it's what suits you best.. but first of all comes knowledge, practice and experience

Gotta confirm pikos post, its just maybe as plain and simple as this: If you KNOW your tools, it doesnt matter which program you use.
And btw. I heard really really good productions which have been made with fl |

Lost Buddha for example uses FL Studio and his music is top notch.

When clouds moisten, rain forms. |

Piko, i don't agree.
most of the people here started with fl studio and moved to cubase, because overall, cubase is more complex and gives the artist much more power then the fl studio. |

I would say, Cubase SX 3.
It is a great sequencer, and it is great when it comes to composing.
I would say, thats a first choice, then, Cakewalk.
Cakewalk is better when it comes to sound quality, since it works with 64bit.
Peace.

On the other hand, I heard many good traxs made with FL, I have to say I dont find FL very friendly when it come to writting, but its personal, others will say FL is the best to write and find Cubase hard.
