need help to basic settings

hello everyone
i am a beginner and i need help whit basic
settings. i am working whit cubase 5
now when i go to Project Setup
i put on Sample Rate 96.000 kHz
On Record Format 24 Bit
this is my snap shot for more understand
now my question is if it's ok or not?
and what settings i should to put ?
and 1 more question why when i export the finish project track it not sound whit high Volume
any help for beginner Ty Very much

it looks good, but duno why you put 96 kHz ? maybe keep 44,1....
maybe someone can tell why 96 khz better than 44,1, you'll need to convert it to 44,1 at the end. |

You would have to do the math and read all the technical stuff to figure out if it is worth doing in 96k or not. I would guess in 9 out of 10 cases it is not.
If you are working in an analog environment it is another question. |
