Need help reading some Japanese on a party site - please help!!

Hi,
I want to go to this party in Japan at the end of July. I don't know exactly where it is in Japan though. It has the location on this site

but I can't read it because it's in Japanese. The party is called SOS 2003. I was hoping that someone who can read/speak Japanese and English could check out the site and tell me (in English) where the party is. I think it's in Gunma. But I don't know where IN Gunma the party is and how to get there.
If I can find out the exact location then I can probably find out how to get there.

Hmm... well the best i can say is by train you take the JR Joetsu Shinkansen to Numata Station and from their take a taxi for 30 min(costing a miraculous 200 dollars, i estimate just for travel to the place). Its best by car. From Nerima IC(interchange)take the Kanetsu Highway to Numata IC.
