His real Mongolian name is Enkhjargal Dandarvaanchig...mercifully, his shortened artist name is Epi, and it appears at the beginning of the video clip. I think he's based in Europe, and plays quite a few gigs all over – if you're anywhere close to Strasbourg you could see him in concert at the TAPS Scala Theatre on August 26, performing with one of his projects, Violons Barbares (might see you there!), or in Stuttgart or Basel next month.
