its less about the particular synth and more about the programming. Most of those type leads are some variation on a pitchbentsawtooth wave and a bandpass filter. Experiment with all the variations of putting those together and modulating their parameters.
Personally I think this sound is really old and stale at this point. We've all heard enough zippers and squelches to last multiple lifetimes I'm sure

Hmm... supersaw (SAW with Unison, Stereo Spread, some detuning) , Envelope on the pitch and the filter (BP probably) and some stereo effects (chorus, delay, reverb, etc.).

in sylenth is really easy, open init preset, put more voices in the oscilator, detune it, then connect the pitch from osc 1 with lfo 1 with saw on 1/4 or 1/2
apply some saturation or distortion or hard compression
