Need Cubase Help !

My cubase takes about 30min just to load. He reads each plugin one at a time. Says - Initializing : Blala VSti...Untill he initializes i am just so mad at him that i don't want to work with this lazy bastard.
Is there any cure for that ?
For example FL takes few seconds to load.

Can be many things .
I know what you mean , Happend to me too few weeks ago (Cubase 5 , In Nuendo never happend to me) . Seems you open the cubase then close it in the middle of the process (Sure can be frustrate when its back again and again) Keep it open .. (That what i have done - Let it run for ones - Full time + Read the all details) - For me that work and now all is 100 % .
