you can still order tickets online at burningman.com
could also try eplaya - bbs.burningman.com - people who can't go sell tickets on there, probably a safer place to buy than Ebay. read the FAQ first, though.

Ok here's the deal
As Burning Man approaches, I'm sure there's going to be numerous threads like these popping up.
No there isn't.
Since this is the first one, I'm going to keep this as the only one to use. If you need a ticket, have a ticket, know where to get a ticket please post it to this thread. Any new ones that get started will get moved to this one so please comply and save me the work.

it never sells out. the desert is very very big. but you do have to pay significantly more if you buy the ticket at the door.

True. Though last year I got there late. Friday afternoon (I think) and they weren't selling any more tickets at the door.
Of course that didn't stop me from begging, bartering, offerering 'favors' and assorted unmentionable acts of pleasure till the girl, after consorting with her superiors, finally gave in and sold me one.
Best to get a ticket before you head out there.
Craigs list is another possibility. |

I think that's more to prevent 'weekend warriors' from coming they stop selling on Thursday night. The place used to get inundanted with the local rednecks on the weekend, shouting "show your tits" at all the girls. and erm.. the guys, too. hehe.
