hi, im trying to fall in love with this for Reverb Programs, such as the Eventide Models, but shit, does it cripple CPU, any ideas on usin this freely without lockups n cpu power....theres a couple like the tide verb and vocal doubler that just destroys my motherboard!wana get this sounding Lush liquid without compromise
Vintage EQ program consoles and compressors seems fine tho...... cheers

reverbs take too much cpu for me too.. i use valhalla one and more than 4 instances will crash my project,, so wht i do is i bounce the reverbs... seems to work really good for me.. try it out... cheers           re-arrange what you thought was real

thats the thing..... i can only use 1 instance for one synth, otherwise i would bounce or freeze to save the power.. but it wont even let me do that, thanks.

yeah, usually work with a return/aux channel with one main reverb for the whole track. sometimes it can be more then one, but usually go for a light on the cpu but good sounding one, and valhalla room has done a fairly good job on that department, so haven't looked elsewhere after I've tried it....

Waves's IR Live is also light on the cpu and sounds cool, not as lush to my ears as Valhalla room does, but for some situations or moods, might be just the right thing...

I'd bounce down the "hits or fx or whatever" where some special occasion reverb has been applied to release cpu cycles, yes.

there's a reason why performance for audio is measured with instances of reverbs usually, they can eat our cpu cycles for breakfast, specially those with IR/convolution kind of Reverb.

I think this Nebula thing uses some kind of measurement of samples to recreate the qualities of some hardware, right? so that must make it real heavy and not usable in a mix situation imo.

yeh.. i was wondering what u can do with in nebular... its a problem a soon as u open it.. weather on aux or not
as i sed i usaully do bounce, but i cant even get that far, because one of the programs "very nice" nice than most plugins... wont allow me... i was more going for sound design singularly rather than as on mix bus, as yes your right bout that samples of recreation but thats why i wan it but why a fukin hog for simple algorithm... but 110% + for just 1 synth and nebular shit me!! owell....
