it s good but a pain to use.. big latency, take lot of cpu..you have to go a bit geeky to understand well the plug..
i have it but rarely use it.. but the eq can be 90% like hardware , tapes are good too ..
i like more flexibily of algo plugins and the best ones sound close..so rarely use nebula, i use my hardware if its what i m after.. still the massive passive high boost on nebula can sound awesome.. or the ssl eqs.. most of the eqs are intresting.. but really a pain to use while mixing.. |

+1 on what guys said, I'm there for eq's and tapes too, other than that it's just PITA, so little here and there is not even a problem, but for more extensive use, well, it's just not that handy.

I think you should try it out, it's one of those things you really need to try to see if it's worth, I can bet you will dig some coloration stuff that are pretty much one instance and justified usage for what it brings on the table or nice reverb, really, give it a go, just for sake of writing another response here about it, I would love to hear your thoughts on this

will have to check my folder cause these day really rarely use it.. mostly since i got a hardware eq.. otherwise i was using the nebula eq mostly.. like ssl and api5500 and the pultec from alexb , mamooth eq..there is some free stuff that i like too..i think mci console eq..have loads but don t remember will have to check.
stufff from cd soundmaster is nice too ,the tapes collection can be usefull. |
