From the one point of view u are right.But from the other side although there is a specific dress code,a culture to the scene of psychedelic all people are welcome.IMO thats the spirit,thats y we are sharing music,opinions etc...We cannot provoke anyone to come to parties either u like it either not.
As i imagine the picture in my mind i find it funny,but thats the way it is!!
