do any of you ppl know how to use the in operator / switch of the fm7 so give external waveforms to bouild more complex sounds ??

It's called FM7fx.
you put it as effect on a vsti channel, and in the matrix of fm7 you will have another external channel to mix with the waveforms....

          Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

hey trip thanks 4 the help !!!!

but sorry to say pal i still havent found any luck...

i opened a pentagon vsti channel and in its fx i added fm7 fx ..

i then highlithed the in operator and tried modulationg it with other operators but couldnt find anything happening ..

neither do the waveforms change nor do the harmonics

wat could or where could i be wrong ???

and once u lets say if also get tht in operator to workl then how do i get tht sound to work as another vsti ..

do i save it as a preset ot wat ??

you just need to mix the IN square with other squares in the matrix.

u can also put it on the Z square and add filter.

u must pay atention that u have some oscilators mixed with the output so u can hear something.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...
