My audio 2 is fantastic and I use it for production and djing, BUT it hates my wireless card in my laptop. If I'm connected to wifi and downloading, I get clicks and shit.
However, when I create an hoc network for using iPads with ableton with my wireless card it's stable. I'm using an Asus laptop.
Try disabling your wireless card, see if that fixes the problem.

never had a single problem with it....altho i use it only to play... not for production...
u get the stereo output from a single output so quality wise u have information bein converted...
and also no midi inputs or audio inputs..
so if u are those quality geeks that s all worried bout cable quality , only use TRS etc etc... dont think this soundcard would be wise to production ... unless in a portable situation... if u are always in the road etc etc..
bout the clicks and pops i believe its more about the personal computer than soundcard itself..
as someone said here. he was gettin click and pops from the wireless driver..
also in my production desktop i had to uninstal the audio 2 dj driver..coz if it was installed ... my original soundcard...a saffire.. would get the click and pops...
i dont knwo why...but both installed together wouldnt get along for some reason..
and funny enough, in the laptop i use to gig with the audio 2 dj , both drivers are installed and working fine.... and never had a single problem with the wireless drive givin click and pops to the sound card...
so thats why i think the problem s mostly in the oomputers bout those click and pops than in the soundcard itself...

Hello there!!
Anyone having Dropout problems with the new Native instruments Interface Audio 2??? Any help about this would be great, Thanks!!

google for dpc latency checker and go through the guide of checking your pc if there are any conflicting drivers.
This is one huge reason for clicks and pops.

I have it for gigs only, works like a charm. No cracks and pops (but I have wifi turned off during gigs). And it's very portable
