This exceptional piece of progressive music is made by Palestinian Nasser Halahly...
...who is one of Iono Music's most recognized artists.
Nasser has been producing Progressive dance music for many years now and his tracks have been released on top labels such as Medium, Iboga, Blue Tunes, Flow, Vertikal and Iono Music. After some years of studio work, Nasser now presents his first album project.
Checkpoint comes along as mature music creation, stuffed with gentle, deep and melodic sounds. Nasser knows how to build a baseline, his sound is hypnotic and original, warm and soulful melodies reflect his Palestinian roots and mentality. So each track on this long waited debut album is a story for itself - declaimed by a gifted musician, who wishes to express the digestion of his life in a segregated rural Arabic enclave in Israel, far from the urban Israeli trance spots.
Nasser tells you the story of his life, not far from the checkpoint between Israel and Palestine. And you, the audience is very welcome to listen.
Track List:
1. Memory Codes
2. Stuck In My Mind
3. Green Lines
4. End of day
5. Colors
6. Bossy
7. Timeless
8. 48 Minutes from Ramallah
9. T3ali (Come to me)
Released: Coming soon

First of all I would like to wish Nasser all the best, and I know how long he was making music and how much he wanted to come to release an album, good luck with it!!
But Iono guys... What's that thing with the Palestinean?.. If I was you I would try to promote music, not fill it with political ideas...
I know Nasser personally, I think his nationality is Israeli, and he is from Arabic descent, living in town called Shfar'am, I have been to his house and met his lovely family.. His house at least at that time wasn't between Israel and Palestine.. Anyway, my opinion that this way of promo is pretty weird, Nasser deserves better!
Nasser good luck again man! Bravo!

i dont want to get into the politics issue & stick to the music ...
as one that knows his music , even had the chanse to mix this album , i have to say that his music is magical to my ears , nasser has his own style & touches , the right balance between dancefloor & atmosphere , very deep & hypnotic
i wish u all the best brother , hope this is a start of a great journey for you , keep up bro !

IONO Music has NO publish political opinion and we think we did NOT express such political attitude in the promotional anouncement of Nasser's album either. In our release texts we always refer to facts like backround and origin as well as cultural influences of our artists and their musical inspirations and roots. Furthermore we always create such promotional texts in cooperation with the artists involved. So, finally we can not not read any critical subject in our words.
We all have one blood because music runs through our veins.
Isn't it like this?
All the best for you Nasser, you did a good job!

First of all, I wish best of luck to the artist on his career!
Keep on! Great music
And now: to you MR. Yuli Guy
Your words show a very racist way of thinking! MADE ONLY IN ISRAEL.

When you have said “Nasser deserves better” looks like, that they said something bad…
They only mentioned a country that is closed to Israel, and that country has some of Nasser’s culture! Its very fine thing to mention!
I don’t know why you hate that.
Anyway, I didn’t see any political things here…
But if you managed to see those things, then it means, you are the only one who was thinking about them, not the label nethir the artist.
Very common behavior in Israel.
(one of the reasons that I am relocating back to Europe! sick from this kind of low talk).

again, wishing Nasser best of luck!

Mr. Psy Shark, very common behavior for Israel, is to announce yourself DEAD and then to come back to the world of the LIVING to get some attention for your music, with 100 page topic on Isratrance and a lot of RIP messages on your Myspace page.
Please do not say what kind of Israeli am I. I know Nasser personally, find him a great guy and like him alot.
Take care mate

i am not good in politics as i only read the newspaper and see news channels so i dont really have the right to judge or stuff..
i dont see any political statements in the promotion and i dont know nasser personally and his background..
i was just supposed to play with him 3 times and he never got the permission to travel to europe.
even if flights were payed, etc..
so i guess after 2 or 3 of those experiences my album would be called "fucking damn checkpoints"
and i guess we all know that doing music is the best way to express, share and to deal with our emotions and xperiences.
so what to do..?
i hope that one day this kind of discussion is unimportant but for now i see there is lots of work to do..
and music CAN help to build a bridge.
and i guess its time now that we germans start to be jealous also on artists from other countries;)
im sitting in the studio every time and think: "why are the israliens so great producers???"
you have earned your fame, guys (especially yuli if u are the perfect stranger guy)- please give others the chance to be adored by me too, haha;)
so maybe its a kind of courage of iono to release his album--but it usually shouldnt, isnt it?
